Moda masculina: The Third Planet From The Sun

 

Sarah Mayer is a student at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. Her collection titled “The Third Planet From The Sun“, was inspired by the documentary The Overview Effect which interviews different Astronauts about their life-changing experience of seeing Earth from space as a planet in a dark background. The collection is about recognition, the realisation that we are all earth inhabitants and that earth is the most beautiful thing there is, but we seem to have forgotten. To underline this statement, Sarah included a print/patch with quotes of astronauts and philosophers from the documentary.
